Solutions

What are your requirements to deploy the solution at your site?

Step 1: Training and Configurations

Collect 3-5 years of Surgical data (30 data points per surgery) and integrate to collect data going forward – our partners provide this information in 2-8 hours of IT staffing time regardless of the EMR. We train the solution with your data and configuration within 10-12 weeks of deployment and provide you a detailed analysis of data quality, past performance, and improvement roadmap.

Step 2: Governance and Daily Workflow Integrations

Integrate the solution into Perioperative governance program and daily improvements of future performance. Future improvements potential are forwarded to the appropriate staff to take action that improves utilization performance. Integration into Governance structure is highly dependant on existing structure and may require 4-8 weeks of Sifio’s direct support from Customer Experience manager.

Step 3: Update Resource and Staffing Plans

Configure resource planning into the future management through configuration of MDRD, PACU, ICU, and Surgical IP beds resource requirements. Depending on data availability, may take 2-4 weeks to incorporate into the solution for the site.
